Overall I was not impressed with service , the guy who I dealing with basically just left when I got annoyed over the situation & left a lady to deal with it was left in the waiting room for a further two hours from 12.30 & offered a free T-shirt

Once Stratstone Leeds had finally confirmed they would pay for the majority of the repairs i was able to book my car in relatively quickly and pick it up two days later. The receptionists and the gentleman who greeted us on arrival were all charming.

Came for MOT and booked to work in premises. First class customer service, given access to office space to carry out my own work and access to tea and coffee. Colin looked after Me superbly, kept me fully informed and made my visit very pleasant.
