The only reason this is not a five star is due to very slight damage on the new front number plate. The dealer did offer to change which I will do at some point. However, this should not have been fitted. Great staff at the BMW part of Stratstone.

The oil change was done with no issues, Evening pickup - I had to wait 40 mins not sure if they got my name right The complimentary wash is were i got disappointed the car was still dirty- they have washed not denying it but I had to wash again

Straightforward and clear. To be offered a free health check rather than be charged for diagnostic work was a surprise for a main dealer! Very good advice and pro active offering the same again in 6 months
